_*Job Summary*_ Higher Standards Aerospace is looking for a motivated individual to join our team of professionals.

_*Quality Assurance*_ * Input of technical data on computer generated forms.
* Review of certification packages and preparation of documents.
* Assist with vendor audits.
* Maintain HSA intranet.
* Update maintenance publications and other documents as instructed by QA Director.
* Filing of completed/closed work orders.
* Perform all other duties as assigned by QA Director.
_*Accounting*_ * Complete and submit factoring assignments.
* AR Invoicing.
* Collection calls and emails to customers for payments.
* Process customer references for credit approval.
* Respond to AP inquires.
* AP/AR Reconciliation.
* Process check payments.
* Maintain/Update approved purchase orders, weekly reporting.
* Assist with completing vendor forms.
* Maintain/Order copy machine supplies.
* Maintain/Update customer units ready to ship on credit hold.
_*Qualifications and Skills*_ * Be able to read, write and interpret documents in English.
* Must be computer literate.
* Experience with Quantum Control system is a plus.
* Ability to multi-task.
* Detail oriented.
* Ability to follow instructions.
* Great work ethics.
* Good organizational skills.
* Must participate in drug and alcohol testing program.
Job Type: Full-time Pay: From $40,000.
