Senior Accountant - Large Company

```Duties``` - Prepare and review financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements - Perform bank reconciliations and ensure accuracy of financial data - Prepare and post journal entries to the general ledger - Conduct monthly and quarterly close processes - Assist with the preparation of budgets and forecasts - Analyze financial data and provide insights to management - Ensure compliance with GAAP standards - Collaborate with internal and external auditors during financial audits - Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of financial transactions ```Qualifications``` - Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance (CPA certification preferred) - Proven experience as a Senior Accountant or similar role - Strong knowledge of double-entry bookkeeping principles - Proficient in using accounting software and MS Excel - Experience with accounts receivable and balance sheet reconciliation - Familiarity with financial services industry regulations and compliance requirements - Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills - Ability to work independently and meet deadlines Note: This job description is not intended to be all-inclusive.
