Debt Settlement Specialist

As a Debt Settlement Specialist, you will play a vital role in supporting office administration and client contract negotiations.
This position requires strong multitasking abilities, data management skills, and the capacity to make swift decisions in a high-paced environment.

*General Responsibilities & Job Duties:* * Perform daily data entry into our CRM system.
* Maintain regular communication with clients through reminders, collections, follow-ups, and phone calls.
* Provide support and guidance to clients via phone and email.
* Collaborate with attorneys to analyze and organize client settlements while ensuring the confidentiality of information.
* Assist team members with various projects as needed.
* Perform other duties as assigned.
Note: This position is based in Miami, Florida, and is not a remote position.
*Competencies Requirements:* * Communication: Effectively communicate in writing and verbally at all organizational levels.
Present information to management, attorneys, and clients with clarity.
* CRM Database: Utilize CRM databases to extract insights, generate reports, and analyze client data.
* Organization: Proven ability to prioritize tasks, manage resources, and handle multiple responsibilities simultaneously.
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
* Customer Orientation: Demonstrate a positive attitude and exceptional customer service skills.
* Software Proficiency: Proficient in Microsoft Office products, specifically Word, Excel, and Adobe PDFs for editing and organization.
* Self-Motivation: Self-starter with the ability to manage projects independently with minimal supervision.
*Preferred:* * *Customer Service Experience: *3 years of experience and knowledge of customer service practices.
* *Language: *Full knowledge of English.
Ability to speak, understand, and express yourself with confidence.
Note: This is a full-time position with working hours from Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 5:00 pm.
*Compensation:* The payment range for this position may vary based on factors such as experience, education, and additional responsibilities.
Starting pay for this role ranges from $18.
00 to $23.
