*Role Description*
We are looking for a hardworking and ambitious Accountant to grow alongside the company.
Reporting to the CFO, this position is responsible for supporting the Accounting Department and Property Management by assisting in accounts payable processing, budget variance, tenant ledger audits, and month-end closing procedures.
```Duties```
- Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements
- Perform month-end and year-end close processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards
- Prepare journal entries and maintain general ledger accounts
- Reconcile bank statements and other financial records to ensure accuracy and completeness
- Assist in the preparation of budgets, forecasts, and financial reports
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide financial analysis and support for decision-making processes

- Strong knowledge of financial accounting principles and practices
- Proficiency in double-entry bookkeeping and general ledger reconciliation
- Ability to prepare accurate financial statements and reports
- Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail
- Strong problem-solving abilities to identify issues and propose solutions
- Effective communication skills to collaborate with stakeholders at all levels
