We are seeking an experienced accountant for a full-time, permanent position.
Our client engagements offer many opportunities to learn, grow, and advance particularly in the areas of accounting and state, federal, and international taxation.
Candidate must have well-developed organization skills and follow-through to be able to take a project from beginning through signing.
Must have strong communication skills and be enthusiastic and personable to meet with existing and potential clients.
Position requires consistent attention to detail.
*RESPONSIBILITIES:*
Tax return preparation for:
* Individuals
* Corporations
* Estates, Gifts, & Trusts
* Partnerships
* Payroll
* Sales Tax
* Tangible Personal Property
Preparing quarterly and annual accounting
Financial statement engagements
Written and verbal communications with clients and tax agencies
*QUALIFICATIONS:*
REQUIRED:
* Minimum 3 years public accounting and/or tax preparation experience
* Bilingual: English and Spanish
* Proficiency in Outlook, Excel, and Word
PREFERRED:
* Proficiency in ProSeries and QuickBooks
* Knowledge of international tax matters
* CPA or CPA candidate
*COMPENSATION:* $80,000 MINIMUM + OVERTIME
