🎄 ✨ This season, let’s care for each other a little more! ✨🎄 While the holidays are all about giving and spreading love, we’re reminded of how important it is to show care for those around us - our families, friends, and colleagues. 💕 This year Skrinings.lv team reached out to over a 100 companies to engage them in breast cancer awareness and prevention activities. It has been truly heartwarming to see so many employers stepping up to care for their teams’ health and well-being. One shining example of this spirit of caring is "Ķekava Foods", AS - the largest poultry producer in Latvia, with over 1,000 employees. When we reached out to share information about breast cancer prevention, they went above and beyond. 🌟 Ķekava Foods not only used their internal portal to inform employees about risk assessment tools and self-examination resources, but they also took extra steps when employees inquired about mobile mammography scans—going so far as to book a mobile mammography visit to come to their company. This is what care looks like—going the extra mile to protect the people who make your organization thrive. ❤️ As we celebrate this season of love, let’s follow their example by looking after the ones who matter most—whether at home or in the workplace. New partnerships come with new responsibilities! 🤝 Our collaboration with Strenču psihoneiroloģiskā slimnīca (Strenči psychoneurological hospital) has brought many positive changes. Last week was full of remarkable events. 💯 Our CEO, Emil Syundyukov, visited the Gulf Region to meet with our partners and explore new opportunities. During his visit to Qatar, Emil participated in the 8th EU-GCC Dialogue on Economic Diversification Business Forum, themed "Strengthening EU-GCC Connectivity for a Sustainable Future", representing Europe Ārlietu ministrija | Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Latvia. He joined Dr. Verdiana Morando, Mr. Jaffar Bin Jaffar and Dr. Wadha AL-Muftah in a discussion about exploring business opportunities in the healthcare sector, covering topics such as public-private partnerships, AI in healthcare, and strategies to improve patient outcomes. 🤝 🔬

Last week, Justīne Elferte, our Head of Operations, together with Latvian startup founders, joined Baiba Braze, Latvia’s Minister of Foreign Affairs, for a discussion about the Latvian startup scene. They collectively outlined how Ārlietu ministrija | Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Latvia can continue supporting Latvian startups and contribute to the emergence of the next unicorns and successful exits. 🚀 It was great to share the table with other exceptional entrepreneurs putting Latvia on the global map! Great news! 🎊 We are partnering with Veselības centrs 4 for a pilot project aimed at improving surveillance of patients with metabolic diseases and access to healthcare services through digital solutions. To support pregnant women with gestational diabetes and patients with thyroid disease, we are contributing to enable: 💡 digital monitoring system for patients, 💡 personalized health recommendations, 💡 remote patient health monitoring. 🎙️ Last week our CEO Emil Syundyukov sat down for “Digital Breakfast” (in Latvian: Digitālās Brokastis) - a Latvian tech podcast with Artis Ozoliņš and Rihards Blese, radio hosts and producers at Latvijas Radio. For a productive half an hour they delved into topics such as “opportunities in use of health data” and “how AI is entering our daily lives”, along with other exciting talking points.
