We are recruiting to fill a Software Engineer position to develop and provide technical leadership in the administration of software.
Duties include preparing detailed plans, generally spanning several months and years.
Position interacts on a regular basis with other functional groups and customers and may interact with technical (development) teams on technical and/or administrative matters.
Other key responsibilities include: Participates in the formation of projects goals, scope and schedule Ensures consistency of infrastructural tools and processes being used Ensures configuration of infrastructure software and processes being used Uses data security software packages to configure access to resources and functions as authorized Desired skills and knowledge: Working knowledge of the principles and practices of computer information technology Working knowledge of continuing trends and developments in computer hardware and software Working knowledge of agency’s functions and their interrelationships Minimum qualifications: (The following statement represents the minimum education and experience which will be used to determine qualifications of applicants.
Additional experience above the minimum stated may be substituted on a year for year basis for the required education.
