We’re looking for a Data Architect in Columbia, MO to help us.
Intermediate consulting position operating independently with some assistance and guidance to provide quality work products to a project team or customer that align with Oracle methodologies and practices.
Performs standard duties and tasks with some variation to implement Oracle products and technology to meet customer specifications.
Standard assignments are accomplished without assistance by exercising independent judgment, within defined policies and processes, to deliver functional and technical solutions on moderately complex customer engagements.

As a Data Architect, you will develop sophisticated strategies and data organization architectures that address industry requirements through collaboration with IT teams and leadership.
You will develop data model and analytics strategies that meet existing and future clients’ needs.
This requires the ability to organize large amounts of data and develop a consistent data strategy in cloud and on-premise.
In addition, you’ll produce and ensure adoption of standards for design, documentation, construction, and deployment of data within existing structures; monitor, report, solve performance issues/failures and make recommendations to improve analytical performance; and understand and document both existing and new data models and analytics.
You will be part of the data management team and will be responsible for engaging with clients, understanding business needs, gathering functional requirements, and collaborating with engineers to deliver successful data solutions.
Basic Qualifications At least 6 years total combined higher education and related work experience including: At least 1 year of data acquisition, data migration, and/or other data engineering work experience, including the design, development, implementation, and/or support of data models, data architectures, data warehouses, and/or databases At least 5 years higher education and/or additional work experience directly related to the duties of the job, including: Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Finance, Health Care, Business Administration, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or Analytics; or related field; or equivalent relevant work experience Preferred Qualifications At least 3 years writing complex SQL statements At least 3 years of application architecture, network management, and performance management work experience At least 3 years of data management, data-oriented programming, and development work experience At least 1 year of experience working in healthcare At least 1 year of experience documenting technical specifications At least 1 year of visualization and reporting tools (such as Power BI) work experience At least 1 year of relational and MPP database work experience At least 1 year of cloud-based setting work experience At least 1 year establishing client relationships and document client needs work experience Expectations Must reside in or around the Columbia, MO area Willing to work additional or irregular hours as needed and allowed by local regulations Work in accordance with corporate and organizational security policies and procedures, understand personal role in safeguarding corporate and client assets and take appropriate action to prevent and report any compromises of security within the scope of the position Perform other responsibilities as assigned If this sounds like you, we hope to meet you!
