All orders are packed with care to ensure items will not get damaged during shipping.
After an order has been shipped, We are NOT responsible;
- For lost or damaged goods on all orders placed with an unregistered shipping option.
- If your order has been marked as delivered by the courier to the final destination address specified but you have not received it.
If you’d like your records to be shipped with registered post or with insurance for an additional charge, please send us an email through the contact form and we can make the necessary arrangements.

We only offer returns/ exchanges on damaged goods. Rule of thumb is, if we screwed up, we'll fix it. In case of problems, hit us up via bandcamp and we'll sort you out.
