I’m delighted to share that Affari&Finanza, the economic weekly of La Repubblica, published an article written by Marco Luigi Cimminella entirely dedicated to insights coming from the 2024 European Fleet Technology Trends Report curated by Verizon Connect. “Cross-sectionally analyzing all sectors involved in the survey shows an average reduction in fuel costs equal to 24%. There is also a 29% decrease related to the amounts allocated to accidents, 21% in the area of vehicle maintenance and 22% in the insurance fee – says Peter Mitchell, Senior Vice President and General Manager of Verizon Connect.” I would like to add that this is a great example of how companies and the press can play a fundamental role in creating and disseminating useful knowledge to generate a positive impact for both businesses and individuals and society. If we want to make a better tomorrow for businesses, individuals and society we have no alternative: we must lead the way by enabling as many companies is possible to pursue a path towards a convergence between profitability and CSR.
