The Phoenix Group today, thanks to acquired experience and know-how, is the European leader in the aluminum extrusion sector. As Phoenix grew, it was necessary to keep improving its technology and organization updating. That’s why Phoenix is aiming on human resources and ongoing staff training. Today Phoenix Group employs over six hundred people in nine companies in seven countries all over the world.

We would like to thank Pandolfo Alluminio, our long-standing partner, for their collaboration with us in the development of a project for two complex dies that, through advanced simulations, turned out to be suitable for the first #ZEROTRIALDIE test. Advanced simulation is the key tool to increase productivity and die life, prevent die failures, and predict defects on the extrusion. Solutions come in close contact with customers, and we are very proud to create these synergies with them! 😊 Un sentito grazie a Pandolfo Alluminio, nostro storico partner, per aver cooperato insieme a noi nello sviluppo di un progetto per due matrici complesse che, attraverso simulazioni di tipo avanzato, sono risultate idonee alla prima prova #ZEROTRIALDIE. La simulazione di tipo avanzato è lo strumento chiave per aumentare la produttività e la durata della matrice, prevenire rotture e prevedere i difetti sull’estruso.
