🍀 Reaching the end of a project always has a bittersweet taste 🍀 👉 On one hand, there's the satisfaction of having fulfilled a commitment and fostering #research — in this case, related to #electricvehicles. 👉On the other, there's the sadness of saying goodbye to a group of people with whom we've spent months and years working together, conducting research, and contributing to future #mobilityinnovations. ⏰ Today, Professor Mauro Dell'Amico represented ICOOR at the final review meeting of the eCharge4Drivers project, which has worked to improve the #electricvehiclecharging experience in urban areas and on interurban corridors, making it more convenient for users to go green. 🚘 The project demonstrated additional convenient charging options within cities, a mobile charging service, charge points at lamp posts, networks of battery swapping stations for light electric vehicles, and a transportable charging station service to cover temporary needs. 🔋 As #ICOOR, we are honored to have been part of this project, and we want to thank the coordinators — I-SENSEGroup/ICCS—and the entire consortium that made this project successful. 🌟 Ad Maiora! 🌟 #eCharge4Drivers #ElectricVehicles #Sustainability #Innovation #Research #eMobility

Very nice article written by Francesca Merlo from Politecnico di Torino 😎 You can find it in the blog of the SINFONICA Project 🤓 ➡ https://lnkd.in/dzVVQ4rX
New #SINFONICA Blog article! 📝 Remember George Jetson's flying car? It’s a classic, but today’s vision of futuristic #transportation is all about #connectivity, #automation, and #ecofriendly options on the ground! This article from Francesca Merlo (Politecnico di Torino) explain how - while we might not have sky-high commutes - concepts like #CAV (Connected & Automated Vehicles), #MaaS (Mobility as a Service), and #CCAM (Cooperative, Connected, and Automated Mobility) are transforming how we move through our cities. 🔹 CAV: Vehicles that communicate with each other and the infrastructure, reducing human error and making commutes safer and smarter. 🔹 MaaS: An all-access pass to various transit options via one app, promoting flexible, shared, and green transportation. 🔹 CCAM: An interconnected network where cars, traffic systems, and even pedestrians sync for maximum efficiency. Check out our latest blog post on our website to learn more about how these #innovations are shaping a future far beyond George Jetson’s wildest dreams! 💫 🌐 🖥 https://lnkd.in/dzVVQ4rX Here are our social networks 👇 ➡ SINFONICA on X: https://x.com/SINFONICA_eu ➡ SINFONICA on YouTube: https://lnkd.in/dmEhh8zB #sinfonicaproject #socialinnovation #connectedmobility #automatedmobility #community #urbanmobility #inclusiveness #engagement #userexperience #automatedvehicles #sharedmobility #publictransport #socialequity #its #cocreation #usercentric #userengagement #euprojects #horizoneurope #eufunded ________________________________________________________ Università degli Studi di Modena e Reggio Emilia | IRT SystemX | ISINNOVA - Research Innovation Sustainability - ISINNOVA - Ricerca Innovazione Sostenibilità | Politecnico di Torino | RE:LAB s.r.l. | Arriva Nederland | ERTICO - ITS Europe | ICOOR | e-trikala SA - Municipality of Trikala | Provincie Noord-Brabant | Technische Universität Dresden - Professur für Verkehrspsychologie an der TU Dresden / Chair of Traffic and Transportation Psychology | ICCS - NTUA / I-SENSEGroup/ICCS | Freie und Hansestadt Hamburg | West Midlands Combined Authority

A new article is out for the SINFONICA Blog 📝 This is a special article, as it has been just over two years since #SINFONICA was launched, and we wanted to look back together to review what we have achieved so far, and reflect on what still needs to be done before the end of the project. 🧡 🎤 We engaged with public transport #users and #stakeholders to gather their opinions on #CCAM and better understand how to make it more #acceptable and #accessible, so that no one is left behind. 🚘 Our goal is to facilitate the shift towards a #mobility environment capable of integrating #innovative and #inclusive CCAM services. 🚌 🖥 Read the full article on our website by following this link: https://lnkd.in/d8maKVJS Don't forget to follow us also on our other channels: ➡ X: https://x.com/SINFONICA_eu ➡ YouTube: https://lnkd.in/dmEhh8zB #sinfonicaproject #socialinnovation #connectedmobility #automatedmobility #community #urbanmobility #inclusiveness #engagement #userexperience #automatedvehicles #sharedmobility #publictransport #socialequity #its #cocreation #usercentric #userengagement #euprojects #horizoneurope #eufunded ________________________________________________________ Università degli Studi di Modena e Reggio Emilia | IRT SystemX | ISINNOVA - Research Innovation Sustainability - ISINNOVA - Ricerca Innovazione Sostenibilità | Politecnico di Torino | RE:LAB s.r.l. | Arriva Nederland | ERTICO - ITS Europe | ICOOR | e-trikala SA - Municipality of Trikala | Provincie Noord-Brabant | Technische Universität Dresden - Professur für Verkehrspsychologie an der TU Dresden / Chair of Traffic and Transportation Psychology | ICCS - NTUA / I-SENSEGroup/ICCS | Freie und Hansestadt Hamburg | West Midlands Combined Authority
