    As 2024 wraps up and we close out Tixly’s 10th anniversary, we can’t help but reflect on the journey.  We're grateful for the trust of over 200 performing arts venues, and excited to have grown our team to more than 50 passionate people. Some of the highlights that made this year special: - We welcomed 16 incredible new colleagues to the Tixly team, each sharing our passion for making ticketing effortless for cultural institutions. - We helped 32 venues go live with Tixly, with even more venues ready to join us in 2025 — each one a testament to the smooth, seamless experience we promise. - By 2025, we’re proud to say our system will help sell over 16 million tickets annually, for the shows and performances that bring communities together. The coming year is already shaping up to be big, with major platform updates and new features in development that will make the ticketing experience even more enjoyable for our partners. To the performing arts community: thank you for trusting us to be part of your story. It’s your passion that inspires us every day. To those celebrating, we wish you a wonderful holiday season ahead.     The Tixly Team - Jonathan Krogsböll Meet Jonathan, our dedicated Technical Support Specialist. With his tech expertise, Jonathan is the go-to person for ensuring our clients’ printers, scanners, and tech gear run smoothly with Tixly. He also lends a helping hand to our support teams, assisting them with any technical challenges that come their way. Born in Stockholm, Jonathan is part of Tixly's Swedish team. Jonathan spends his free time practicing Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu – which he says is surprisingly calmer than wrestling thermal printers. When he’s not on the mats, he’s often enjoying time with his adorable dog, Rufus, who we're pretty sure has mastered the art of paw-to-paw combat. At Tixly, we know that a reliable technical infrastructure is key to smooth operations for arts and culture venues.
