Sai nonchalantly asked, “Appa, I have 2 questions…” 1. How can one learn Coaching Competencies if they are not pursuing their credentials with International Coaching Federation? 2. Is there a way one can first test waters before investing in Coaching education? Yashaswi was taken aback by Sai’s honest questions as she had valid reasons to ask so. The cohort on 𝗜𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗴𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗖𝗼𝗮𝗰𝗵𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗖𝗼𝗺𝗽𝗲𝘁𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗶𝗲𝘀 𝘄𝗶𝘁𝗵 𝗜𝗻𝗱𝗶𝗰 𝗪𝗶𝘀𝗱𝗼𝗺 had 2 CXOs, 4 ICF Coaches, 1 non-ICF Coach and an NLP Coach and concluded on the 29th June Each said that the approach, content and practices helped them to get better in whatever they were / are doing. She continued further, “our next cohort starting one 14th July already has 2 ICF Coaches, 1 Entrepreneur (4th generation), 1 pursuing ICF ACC and 1 Researcher of Vedic Psychology.” “Keeping this in mind, please respond to my two questions as I feel this is a great opportunity to think out of the box… not only for us but also for our potential participants” “Yes Sai, as you speak, a few categories of potential participants are emerging.” The one who: 1. is interested in building a cohesive team culture. 2. needs to tap the potential of peers, subordinates and sometimes even one’s boss! 3. is already a leader and desires to build a strong organizational culture 4. wishes to learn the Coaching Competencies to groom themselves better. 5. is running a family business or a solopreneur 6. is a trainer but wishes to become a great facilitator 7. is convinced in Coaching education but has a few doubts or could even be running short of finance “The best place for them to start is to study with us as our cohort can give them an authentic taste of Coaching Competencies soaked in Indic Wisdom.” Sai added,”Yes Appa, after I started to do those micro practices, there is overall improvement in work and life. We have adopted an approach that avoids sending the same standard quote to all clients. Instead, we prefer to discuss each client's training needs in detail and offer tailored solutions based on their specific requirements. Our approach is flexible, ensuring that every session we conduct is unique, even if it involves the same industry or similar requirements. While it would be easy to send the same quote, agenda, and presentation slides repeatedly, doing so would undermine the purpose of evolving training and development.
