Your consulting strategy needs a major overhaul. How can you meet client expectations effectively?
Basic points in consulting: 1.Research and understand about the customer ,their industry and common pain areas of the industry. 2.Discuss the pain areas that are specific to the customer. 3.Use the language of the customer and share industry specific business processes with data sets relevant to them. 4.Engage in open conversations and discussions with customers to understand gaps and areas of improvement. 5.Be a trustworthy partner for the customer. The key here is : 1. Change consulting style based on the customer's business and technology maturity. 2. Look at new ways of operation and not stick to traditional methods just because it's proven. 3.Keep the customer's interests as the top most priority in the journey of transformation.
