Our strategic #investment in creating #CoE across multiple #domains is a clear testimonial towards our #customer centricity & focus on creating a #framework that allows our client organizations to scale with least disruption. A Structured Approach to Building a Strong Team 💪 I recently came across an insightful framework shared by Dr A Velumani, the founder of Thyrocare Technologies Ltd., in a podcast, and it really resonated with me. He highlighted the importance of evaluating new hires across four critical dimensions - Stamina, Discipline, Intelligence, and Focus. At Mindbowser Inc, we have taken inspiration from this and tweaked it to create our own version: 1️⃣ First Month: Evaluate for Stamina Is the individual able to keep up with the pace and demands of the role? Those who struggle to maintain energy and focus may not be the right fit. 2️⃣ Second Month: Evaluate for Discipline Are they following through on commitments, staying on task, and managing their time effectively? Consistency is key. 3️⃣ Fourth Month: Evaluate for Intelligence By this stage, their ability to learn, solve problems, and contribute meaningfully should be clear. 4️⃣ Sixth Month: Evaluate for Focus Are they aligned with long-term goals and able to concentrate on the bigger picture? Those who lack focus may not be able to sustain in the long run. We take culture very seriously at Mindbowser.
