In-Campaign Monitoring: Monitor the success and effectiveness of research projects and studies. Review/check experiment while Live, updating campaign details if media planchanges (i.e. adding new campaign.IDs, extending/shortening measurement dates,.etc), informing responsible teams of changes and follow up tasks Interact closely with clients throughout research project lifecycle, often on a daily basis. Analysis & Reporting: Reporting: Results are produced, charted to Google Slides, and finalized with learnings and narrative, align learnings with learning agenda and campaign strategy/kpis. Like several times before, yesterday I put out an opening here on LinkedIn. JD, salary, location, etc all included. Even put out 2 must have qualification questions. One of them being that the role is a work from office in Goa and the specific question was "are you currently in Goa"? I have had multiple responses from good profile individuals applying for the role having selected the answer as 'Yes' stating they are in Goa. But in reality were located across the country other than Goa. The max salary bracket was mentioned in the post and I'd understand someone with 20% - 30% difference still applying but have had individuals with a current package of 100% difference also applying. When approached they respond 'too less salary, not interested'. Here's my question to my HR / recruitment or anyone related to interviews / hiring brethren - why do you think this happens? Would love your comments / thoughts.

*Diwali Annual Bonus 2024: if you belong to salary and are eligible for bonus then this guidelines for you. Please feel free to express your views... 1. Bonus Eligibility: Bonus payment applies to all employees, regardless of whether they are in blue-collar or white-collar roles. Employees earning less than Rs. 21,000 are eligible for a bonus. 2. Service Requirement: Any employee who has worked for more than 30 days during the previous financial year qualifies for a bonus. 3. Bonus Payable Amount: The bonus is calculated on Rs. 7,000 or the state minimum wages , whichever is higher. 4. Bonus Percentage: The percentage of the bonus is decided based on the allocable surplus calculated from the company’s balance sheet for the relevant financial year. 6. Bonus Disbursement Deadline: As per the Bonus Act, the bonus for each financial year must be disbursed no later than 30th November. 7. Submission of Annual Return: Companies are required to submit their annual return in “Form D” to the Labour Department by 31st December each year. 9. Calculating Allocable Surplus: The allocable surplus is computed by deducting taxes from the net profit, with 60% of this surplus available for bonus distribution. This calculation also considers set-on and set-off amounts from previous years. 10. Set-On and Set-Off Mechanism: • If the allocable surplus for a year exceeds the maximum bonus amount (20% of wages or salary), the excess is carried forward to future years, up to four years, to balance bonus payments. • If the surplus falls short of the minimum bonus, the deficiency is carried forward to future accounting years, up to four years, to cover the shortfall. 11. Distribution of Bonus: The allocable surplus is distributed in proportion to the wages or salaries earned by employees during the financial year, with a minimum of 8.33% and a maximum of 20% of the eligible bonus.
