Piramal Finance made a standout debut in International Bond Markets with a USD 300 Mn Sustainability Bond ·       First Dollar bond issuance by the company: rated BB- from S&P and a Ba3 from Moody’s, both with a stable outlook ·       A significant milestone in the company’s diversification of funding profile ·       Healthy demand from high-quality marquee investors - a 4X level of demand, with the order book peaking at US$ 1.3 bn, participation from 113 investors - 81% from Asia and 19% from EMEA. The deal attracted high-quality demand with 88% of funds raised from AMs, 5% from SWF /Insurance, 4% from PB, and 3% from Banks and others. ·       Strong secondary market performance - tightening in yields by c20 bps from the issuance.   Heartfelt gratitude to our investors and rating agencies for their trust in our credit.
