In Moder company, US Mortgage since last 3 months - they have lot of work pressure , And no volumes in few process.  Internally they are moving and expecting more production count, few process they work 12 to 13 hrs , target is not properly fixed. Because of less volumes employees  are sitting idle and few are moved to other team or cross training in other dept. There is no job security, they will hire bulk and later they will layoff without any notification . In Indexing process they hired more ppl like 500 employees , if there are no volumes post certain months , they will send out of the firm . If volume decrease they will lay off people. Pls be cautious. But they provide permanent wfh option. 7.30 pm or 6.30 pm login. Even the company name got changed from Archwell to Moder post bulk layoff 1.5 yrs back

Hello Folks Hope everyone is doing well ! Here to share a weird interview experience with a company called Metayb owned by Amit Todi so it all started with a normal interview process with a call from HR who gave JD and took details , followed by first level of the technical round and then the round with the CEO itself . All goes well till here as I was then goes through the HR round to discuss the compensation ( to keep in mind all the documents were collected so as an offer could be released ) and was told the HR would get back with the final compensation figure, and now comes the most unique feature of this interview, post document collection, A compensation discussion the candidate has been informed that the candidature is hereby dropped as the skills don't match which actually sounds funny because the technical hiring manager could not find the skills gap and overall the CEO itself could not find the skill gap and the HR brought this to light after document collection that skills don't match..... To all the folks out there I would recommend sharing this post as much as you can so as people don't fall in trap and end up sharing their sensitive information #newhiringprocess #fakecommitments #wasteoftime #boycottthisnewhiringprocess Metayb Amit Todi understands you guys might be new to the market but this is not the right practice to be followed by simply collecting documents when you were not supposed to release the offer , if your time is precious so is the candidate's time as well.
