    Hajri is a cutting-edge face detection attendance SaaS (Software as a Service) app designed to streamline attendance management for manufacturers, contractual workers, and onsite employees. The app features a mobile application for convenient attendance marking using AI face detection technology and a web application for administrators and HR personnel to efficiently manage employee attendance, leaves, and payrolls.

    In industries such as manufacturing and contractual work, irregularities in attendance tracking often lead to revenue leakage and operational inefficiencies. Managing shifts, holidays, and payrolls manually consumes valuable time and resources, contributing to increased overhead costs.

    The prevailing issues in the industry included irregular attendance records, lack of proper data visualization, and significant time wastage in payroll and leave management processes. Additionally, existing solutions in the market were either costly or failed to address all the pain points effectively.

    Solution To address these challenges, we developed Android and iOS mobile applications for workers and employees, accompanied by an admin app for administrators and managers to oversee all aspects of attendance management. The mobile apps feature state-of-the-art face detection technology, allowing users to mark their attendance accurately and securely.

    Implementation Process:
    The implementation process began with a thorough understanding of the existing attendance tracking methods employed by employees and workers. We conducted comprehensive assessments to gauge the time required for manual attendance marking and the inefficiencies associated with traditional punching machines. Leveraging this insight, we developed the Hajri app to streamline attendance management, automate payroll processes, and provide administrators with intuitive tools for data visualization and analysis.
