In the book, I noticed how the author, Helene Hadsell, tailored it for audiences like me—people who've faced long struggles in their entrepreneurial journeys and personal setbacks. Helene smartly crafted the book for those seeking practical tips to improve their lives. For instance, she suggested a simple activity: tying a band on your hand and gently pulling it to help break negative thoughts. Helene's knack for understanding her audience's needs shines through in her book. If she can anyone can do so!
