Gen.AI is surely becoming important in work settings. We believe Gen.AI's adoption at work will happen in multiple waves with the copilot (user to AI) wave being the first wave. We are already beginning to see hug adoption of Copilots - from coding to MS-Office to Sales etc. Beyond the first wave, we believe Gen.AI will get blended (almost becoming invisible) inside processes. We call this the Infused AI and Hyperautomation and low-code vendors will help app developers infuse Gen.AI into workflows. This will be the second wave. The third wave will arguably be the most powerful wave. This is the agentic wave where AI agents can be fed goals and the system will figure out and execute the tasks leading to the goals.
