So, if any owner wants that their voice be heard, make sure you have 10 to 15 people to support you else these incorrigible batch of 10-15 nuisance creators on behalf of the tainted 10 will drown your voice. 4. The most important thing in AGM is to ask these tainted 10 to pay their legal expenses from their own pocket, once that happens, we will see how the guts to disobey orders is generated. Speaking of the contempt of court orders, these tainted 10 are using society money for pure personal pleasure paying legal fees and associated expenses which are now about 6 crores, despite court orders, so a contempt application is filed in the relevant court to punish them with six months jail. 5. As many as 35 Assembly constituencies of  Odisha are also going to polls in this phase. The stakes are significant for the BJP and its allies in this phase, which has the least number of constituencies going to vote. Of the 49 seats, the BJP alone had won 32 in the 2019 Lok Sabha elections. The undivided Shiv Sena, which was with the BJP then, had won seven and the JD(U) and LJP one each. So, the then NDA had won 41 of these 49 seats. One of the reasons among many is the increase in the number of pornography freely available on various OTT platforms. In the name of web series which is uncensored there's too much of rape that's being broadcast live or recorded and shared. That's available on various sites including soft porn on YouTube. In the name of advertisement and glamour shots for resorts and other brands women especially in their 20s and 30s are being 'commodified' and 'sold' to ad agencies and tv producers or web series producers. What we are seeing around us across the country is the increase in the number of rape cases because perverts need stimulants and they are unable to discern for lack of better judgement. What they do are heinous acts of sexual perversion. The solution lies in a blanket ban on pornography in our country. It's a medicine that our society needs. There's no alternative. Good story lines don't need the exhibition of skin and nudity of either or any gender. I am not saying that people shouldn't have sex and take to practicing celibacy. Bedrooms, restrooms, hotel rooms, bathrooms, board rooms, everything is available. Please don't do it for the camera and 20 ogglers. And if you can't change go to any country where it's legal and make tons of money and be rich. Why remain poor in India and sell your souls?

Hindenburg Research, the US-based short seller, has once again stirred the pot within the Indian stock market community with their latest post on X (formerly Twitter). In a cryptic message, Hindenburg stated, "Something big soon India," potentially signaling a forthcoming report involving an Indian company. This isn't the first time Hindenburg has made waves in India. In January 2023, they released a highly controversial report accusing the Adani Group of executing "the largest con in corporate history." The fallout was significant, wiping out $86 billion in Adani Group’s market capitalization. Adding to the controversy, SEBI disclosed in June 2023 that Hindenburg had shared an advance copy of their Adani report with New York hedge fund manager Mark Kingdon two months before it was made public. This allowed Kingdon to make substantial profits through strategic trading. Despite the buzz around Hindenburg’s recent post, there is a growing sentiment that their reports may no longer hold the same weight. Many believe that this time, any new report may not significantly impact the Indian stock market or any targeted company. As one commentator put it, "Hindenburg has no credibility left now. They have been exposed by SEBI." Another echoed this sentiment, saying, "Who cares now? Credibility lost!!!" A third observer remarked on Hindenburg’s business strategy, suggesting, "It’s a simple formula – short a company’s stock, release a damaging report, watch the stock fall, and then book profits. But after Adani, I don’t think this strategy will work anymore. Adani has severely damaged Hindenburg’s credibility." The Indian market's reaction to any forthcoming report will be telling, but for now, skepticism about Hindenburg's influence seems to be on the rise.
