Furthermore, I think if users can switch to Blinkit from Zomato using the right side bottom navigation, there should be an easy way to get back with a "Return to Zomato" button on the left side of the bottom navigation. Enhancing Zomato’s Text Review Feature! I'm thrilled to share my progress of Weekly Milestones in the PM fellowship NextLeap! As part of my journey, I'm diving into the intricacies of Zomato's text review feature to boost customer engagement. The aim is to increase the percentage of users writing reviews from 6.1% to 10%, potentially adding 2.4 million monthly reviews. User Segmentation: Identify the user segment most likely to drive an increase in text reviews for Zomato Hypothesis Development: Formulate hypotheses on why our chosen segment isn't writing reviews User Research: Conduct surveys and interviews to uncover user pain points and behaviors Problem Framing: Use insights to clearly define the problem with a problem framing canvas We are focusing on frequent users who are familiar with the app, known as Power Users. Their main pain points include forgetfulness, lack of content ideas, and no incentives to review. To address these issues, we propose a simplified review process, timely nudges, and keyword suggestions to make reviewing easier and more appealing. Stoa school has hit a pause button as it is no longer accepting. Some say it's the beginning of an end to the Alt-MBA industry. Well I'm not sure of the exact reason behind this, but if business is an issue, they could have made more money by opening a coaching institute for a traditional MBA program. Sole reason being the people in India don't pursue education, at least 99% of it. We pursue the degree behind with it. It's way later in life that we realise that the education was actually more valuable than the degree altogether. It hardly matters if you can give me the same education for 1/10th of the cost. What matters is the value of the degree and prestige of the alma mater. On a side not, just to play a final gamble, I would do this. 1. Make the selection to Stoa extremely selective. 2. Take 5 people, teach them every course and lesson there is in the curriculum. 3. Give them the entire leadership position of Stoa as CEO, COO, CFO etc. And then watch it from distance. If the MBA made sense, the company will be testament. If it doesn't, well they're closing it anyway right? 🥂

Watching someone struggle with something you've built is both humbling and enlightening. When Prashant and I introduced the initial version of prd2proto.ai, we thought we were onto something. Upload a PRD and boom—your prototype is ready! Made sense, right? After all, it's in the name. But as we sat down with our early access users, we noticed a sharp edge: many didn't have a PRD ready or found it a hassle to create one in another tool just to use our app. They dropped off, and we felt that sting. You'll always question if the market is overvalued. And that's okay. Let me explain. I felt this deeply when analyzing the Indian markets recently. The numbers were clear, but doubts lingered. I started to think: - Are investors paying too much? - What does this mean for future growth? - Should I be cautious or optimistic? I wish I could tell every investor; It's a complex picture. I took a deep dive into the data and found some insights. Often, markets are a mix of signals. Not always clear, but often. These are the steps I took to understand the valuation: → I looked at the P/E ratio. The SENSEX's P/E ratio of 23.88 is high. Investors are paying a premium compared to historical levels. → I checked the Buffett Indicator. India's market cap to GDP ratio is 102.75%. This is above the 10-year average, suggesting overvaluation. → I analyzed foreign investor activity. In October 2024, foreign investors sold $8 billion in Indian stocks. This was the largest outflow since March 2020. → I reviewed expert opinions. Some experts, like Mark Matthews, express caution. Others point to strong GDP growth as a justification for high valuations. So, while some indicators suggest overvaluation, the economic fundamentals offer a different story. On one hand: - NIFTY trades at ~20x forward earnings vs historical average of ~17x - Small/mid-cap valuations are significantly stretched - FII ownership remains high, risking potential outflows - GDP numbers warrant scrutiny given base effects However: - Corporate earnings growth remains robust (15%+ YoY) - Banking sector NPAs at decadal lows - Domestic retail participation provides valuation support - India's consumption story and demographic dividend remain intact According to me, the key is bottom-up stock selection rather than index-level calls.

Every Indian claims to be a Foodie, but have you ever wondered what the Food Market Landscape actually looks like? 🙏🥻🧘‍♂️ This is my first Milestone submission as a NextLeap Fellow. We had to research the Indian Food Market Landscape and come up with Product Outcomes to increase the Customer Text Reviews for Zomato India. Some interesting insights to ponder on - 🍛Indians are the least likely to consume non-home-cooked meals - I was kind of proud of it, but when I read the reasoning behind it, I was upset. It is directly correlated to the fact that only 37% of women are in the workforce, meaning that most women participate in unpaid and usually thankless labour in the household. 🥂The top10% hold 77% of India's wealth - That translates to all the businesses are trying to sell to a very limited market. ❤️ Trends like 'Self-Love' are some of the Market Drivers - Thanks to Gen - Z but I think we need better ways to cope rather than eating our feelings away. 🥯On one hand the demand for 'self-indulgent' foods like deserts and bakery items is rising, the demand for healthier options is also rising due rise in Health/Fitness Awareness - I belong to the latter what about you? As a PM's we do suffer from SOS(shiny object syndrome) which triggers majorly from FOMO or Imposter syndrome !! But , I was contemplating on WHY we do so? Answer is Simple, its driven from the internal and external urge and pressure to know everything with rapidly changing industries, business and technology and to stay relevant :) Key is to balance it out!
