With the same confidence I booked a ticket with the hope that I will get a confirmed ticket, however owing to hard luck my ticket landed at RAC instead of confirm ticket. Basis MMT commitment they issued 2X refund immediately in the form of voucher (As per commitment with 7 days expiry date and lots of terms & conditions). Here is the catch basically, they issued the voucher but while using that voucher it says “Promocode used is not valid” when I raised this to MMT, they are still checking my issue (since last 7 days) Well Played MMT, masterstroke

Hi DTDC Express Limited/DTDC Support, Abhishek Chakraborty/Subhasish Chakraborty. This is a very inappropriate response from your team. It took nearly 2 monthly and now you are simply stating that items are not declared at the time of booking. When I reached out to the booking agent he said you (DTDC) will debited 25000 INR from him then how can you not pay that amount to me? If something needs to be declared at that point of time it is your duty to bring a check list and get confirmation from the customer rather than saying it now. Also, how can the box package be changed? It's just that someone opened and you still failed to share with me that customs bill. If any items that I have shared with you are not declared/not present, why did you charge a customs amount from me? I urge you to take the complete responsibility to pay that 25000/- Shri Pralhad Joshi requesting you to take action on these kind of things. I can see in LinkedIn and various social media platforms DTDC has many issues like this. On daily basis many customers are loosing so much of money with out getting any proper response. #paytm #paytmbank #paytmsupport #fraud #customer I am writing to express my extreme frustration and dissatisfaction with the lack of assistance from Paytm's customer support regarding the deletion of my account on the Paytm Business app. Despite numerous attempts to seek help through the supposed "24*7 help process, and calling ons upport number 0120- 4440-440" I have been consistently met with dead ends and unhelpful responses. For nearly two years now, Paytm has been deducting ₹150 from my account every month without my consent or authorization. Despite my repeated attempts to resolve this issue and delete my account, I have been unsuccessful due to the absence of any relevant options or support channels within the app. It is outrageous that Paytm continues to operate in such a manner, blatantly disregarding the rights and concerns of its customers. Their refusal to address my grievances and their blatant disregard for consumer protection laws only serve to highlight their fraudulent practices. I am appalled by the lack of accountability exhibited by Paytm and question why regulatory authorities allow such companies to operate with impunity. It is high time that action is taken to hold Paytm accountable for their unethical business practices and ensure that customers are not subjected to such blatant exploitation. I demand immediate assistance in deleting my account from the Paytm Business app and a full refund of all unauthorized deductions made from my account. Furthermore, I urge regulatory bodies to investigate Paytm's business practices and take appropriate action to prevent further harm to consumers.

CRED, MobiKwik, Amazon Pay India, Google Pay, and PhonePe a major player in UPI payments are apparently interested in joining the RBI's digital currency experiment by enabling e-rupee transactions. Reuters received this information. According to the article, e-rupee access is expected to be introduced by these fintech companies in the next three to four months, in #partnership with the Reserve Bank of India (RBI) and National Payments Corporation Of India (NPCI). Dear Axis Bank , you can definitely think of introducing a simple text field instead of a slider for setting eCommerce and POS limit amount. It took me 5 mins to adjust the exact amount for e-commerce as you have to keep the same limit for POS and e-commerce to save changes. Another great example of why taking user experience seriously is necessary ! #uxdesign

airtel Dear Customer Service Executive's Airtel, I am writing to express my disappointment and frustration with the recent interaction I had with your team regarding my concerns about data usage. Unfortunately, the experience was subpar, and I was left feeling unheard and unassisted. On 14/10/2024, I contacted your customer service department to inquire about my data usage and to seek clarification on certain aspects of my account. However, the executive I spoke with was unable to provide me with satisfactory answers to my questions. Despite my repeated attempts to seek clarification, the executive seemed unprepared and uninterested in addressing my concerns. What was even more disconcerting was that the executive abruptly disconnected the call without resolving my issues or providing any further assistance. This lack of professionalism and courtesy was not only unhelpful but also left me feeling disrespected as a customer. As a valued customer, I expect a higher level of service and support from your team. It is essential that your customer service executives are equipped with the necessary knowledge and skills to address customer concerns in a timely and effective manner.
