I personally know few people who were laid of from Product companies during the pandemic and in recent past layoff's and after which they were so adamant to go back to consulting companies that for some it's been 4 to 5+ years now and still they are unable to find the job and now the gap is so much now they are struggling to justify the gap, even though now they are okay to join any companies (Realization came but too late). Big Shoutout to Vasudha Tripathi who started her career with with #HappyLocate later joined #Amazon and when faced uncertainty like many others She did not hesitate to join back #Happylocate and again when the uncertainty knows the door, she dint gave a dam about it and joined #KornFerry (One of the biggest IT Staffing Firm) Hats off to you Vasudha Tripathi you are the true example of #Resiliency and proved that 𝑶𝒏𝒄𝒆 𝒂 𝑹𝒆𝒄𝒓𝒖𝒊𝒕𝒆𝒓 𝒊𝒔 𝑨𝒍𝒘𝒂𝒚𝒔 𝒂 𝑹𝒆𝒄𝒓𝒖𝒊𝒕𝒆𝒓 🫡 You proved that #JAVA wont become #BAVA if you join from Product to Consulting. Dear Finnable Nitin Gupta Viraj TyagiAmit Arora one of know is an employee named Manoj Kumar Kar is working as a recovery agent location is Jamshedpur, Jharkhand and he is reporting to Dharmendra Kumar, as am writing this post on Manoj's behalf, the person who is doing fraud in the name of loan recovery from the people who took loan from Finnable and producing fake reports and there is a credit risk involved ,while protesting this fraud against Dharmedra Kumar, he was not assigning any work to Manoj from September 1st and declared him absconded to the HR, and hold his salary and using abusive language while doing meeting or in phone call, all these things as a proof Manoj kept the recordings. The earlier manager left the organization that's why Manoj is not able to contact any person from the organization to report these issues. Everyday Dharmedra consumed Alcohol and use abusive language Manoj and other staff over phone and Manoj is now not able to access his mail id as well, as it is blocked from 26th September.
