A Plea for Transparency and Fair Business Practices: My Experience with IndiaMART InterMESH Limited As a small business owner, I've always valued partnerships that foster growth and mutual success. However, my recent experience with IndiaMART InterMESH Limited has left me deeply concerned and disappointed. As a loyal customer of IndiaMART InterMESH Limited for the past 5 years +, & I feel compelled to share my experience and concerns. When I first partnered with IndiaMART InterMESH Limited, I was excited about the potential for growth. I patiently waited & understood it would take time for my catalogue to rank on their platform and Google, patiently waiting 6 months before seeing any significant business - a substantial investment of time and resources on our part. But then, unexpected changes began: First International leads were suddenly taken off from a paid contract during the mid-contract, we somehow requested them but all went in vain, we took this shock after having no option. But now, Recently, their API service - previously free and never mentioned as a potential paid feature - now comes with a hefty price tag again in the middle of the contract shocked me to the core. Imagine if one day, the government announced that breathing air would be taxable starting next month. The shock and frustration would be immense. That's how this feels. These unilateral changes feel like a breach of trust. They've put unnecessary strain on small businesses like mine, especially during these challenging economic times. I can't help but wonder: How many other businesses have faced similar issues? Is this truly the way to build long-term relationships with clients? Over the years, we've worked tirelessly to make the most of the leads provided, despite most of them being irrelevant or unqualified. These unexpected costs are putting additional strain on businesses like mine. I ask you all Is this justifiable, especially considering the effort we already invest in filtering through numerous unqualified leads? Not to forget in this economy ? To the leadership of IndiaMart, including Dinesh Agarwal Karan Dhamija Amarinder Dhaliwal I urge you to reconsider these practices. Long-term customers like us have stuck with you through challenges The biggest being COVID outbreak, investing time and resources to make the partnership work. Shouldn't this loyalty be reciprocated with transparency and fair practices? I believe many other businesses have faced similar issues. It's time for a dialogue about creating a more equitable and transparent business environment that benefits all parties involved. Customer Service Challenge: Payment Dispute with MyOperator and Razorpay XPayroll HRMS We're facing an issue where our payment for MyOperator IVR services, made through Razorpay XPayroll HRMS, has gone awry. Here's the situation: 1. Payment Deducted: We (Homvery) made the payment, and the amount was deducted from our account. 2. MyOperator's Response: MyOperator claims they haven't received the payment, stating it was marked for refund, yet they haven't received the funds. 3. XPayroll's Response: The XPayroll team asserts that the payment was processed successfully. As it stands, our funds are stuck, and we are caught in the middle of conflicting statements. Despite reaching out to both support teams, we have not been able to get a clear resolution or a definitive answer on where the money is stuck. This situation is causing operational delays and unnecessary stress. We urge both companies to improve their support systems and communication channels to resolve such issues efficiently.
