KnowPal – second session in the series was conducted on 5th October at Makarpura. We together watched video on “50 minutes for the next 50 years of your Life” – by Simon Sinek. Following were the key take aways. # Go after the things you want; you will get what you want. You can go after what you want, you don’t need to wait in que so far you are not creating destruction to others. # Sometimes you are The Problem. Someone who is part of the Problem Can not bring Solution on the Table. # Guys who show up muscles cannot become the elite warrior , rather who is physically spent and emotionally spent becomes elite warrior, because the person has strong desire and need to survive and raise himself from where he is, he has that fighting instinct. # If you need Help, Learn to ask for Help, and you will find lots of people who are willing to help you. To ask for Help is not the Weakness. # If you want to be People Leader Learn to Listen, Learn to be silent. Great leader speaks last allows others to speak first. The leader will speak last after listening and taking into consideration of each one’s perspectives. # Your Title is temporary , people are not respecting you they are respecting your title, your position. Respect to position will go away with your title. # As sometimes you feel tired, weak , dehydrated its ok, it doesn’t mean you are physically unfit, likewise sometimes you may feel sad, stressed or disappointed, if this happens occasionally its ok, you are mentally fit. # Though Every adult can Become Parent, does not mean that they should become Parent. Because Parenting comes with lot of sacrifice. Similarly, Everybody can become Leader, but everybody should not become Leader. # Leaders get credit, as well leaders need to sacrifice and take blame on his head and that’s not the cup of tea for everybody. # We think Leaders are responsible for results , but it is not True, infect Leaders are responsible for PEOPLE who are responsible to produce Result. We conduct Knowpal – Our Chaupal to share and gain knowledge on 1st and 3rd Saturday.
