What We Do: 🌱 Sustainable Agriculture: We implement organic farming practices that improve soil health and boost agricultural productivity. Our approach includes organic fertilization, sequential cropping, and innovative irrigation techniques, ensuring efficient use of natural resources. 🐄 Dairy Farming: We support local farmers by promoting ethical and sustainable dairy farming practices. Our efforts help increase milk production and quality, providing a stable income source for rural households. ♻️ Biogas Production: Using advanced anaerobic digestion technology, we convert agricultural and organic waste into compressed biogas (CBG) and high-quality bio-fertilizers. This process not only reduces greenhouse gas emissions but also creates a circular economy within rural communities. 🌍 Creating Green Villages: Our holistic model integrates sustainable agriculture, dairy farming, and renewable energy to create green villages. These self-sustaining communities serve as models of environmental stewardship and economic viability. 🌾 Shuddhilok at Rising Rajasthan 2024 🌾 It was an honor to attend the Agriculture session at the Rising Rajasthan 2024 event, where key leaders, including Central Agriculture Minister Shri Shivraj Singh Chouhan, Rajasthan Minister Kirori Lal Meena, and Rajasthan Chief Minister Bhajan Lal Sharma, shared their insights on transforming Indian agriculture. • 🌟 Celebrating National Milk Day with Shuddhilok 🌟 Today, on National Milk Day, we honor the invaluable contributions of dairy farmers and the legacy of Dr. Verghese Kurien, the Father of the White Revolution in India. His vision transformed India into the world's largest producer of milk, empowering millions of rural households. At Shuddhilok, we are proud to carry forward this legacy by focusing on sustainable and organic dairy farming practices. With our herd of high-quality Murrah buffaloes and Gir cows, we aim to provide pure, organic, and nutrient-rich milk to our community while promoting chemical-free agriculture and self-sustaining rural economies. ✨ Our mission extends beyond producing high-quality dairy products. We work closely with local farmers, empowering them with education on natural farming techniques and creating opportunities for economic growth through our Farmer Producer Organizations (FPOs). On this special day, let us celebrate the farmers who work tirelessly to nourish our nation. Together, let’s continue to build a sustainable future—one drop of milk at a time. 🥛💚 💡 Did you know? Milk is often referred to as "nature's perfect food" because of its balanced nutrient profile! #NationalMilkDay #Shuddhilok #SustainableFarming #OrganicDairy #EmpoweringFarmers #WhiteRevolution

🔍 𝗔𝗱𝗱𝗿𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗙𝗶𝗻𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗖𝗵𝗮𝗹𝗹𝗲𝗻𝗴𝗲𝘀 𝗶𝗻 𝗜𝗻𝗱𝗶𝗮'𝘀 𝗖𝗕𝗚 𝗦𝗲𝗰𝘁𝗼𝗿 🔍 At the recent World Biogas Association’s India Congress 2024, the Centre called for industry collaboration to tackle financing hurdles in the Compressed Biogas (CBG) sector. Advisor to the Prime Minister, Tarun Kapoor, emphasized the need for suggestions to accelerate the setup and operation of CBG plants. As a response, here are my suggestions: 1️⃣ Extending MSME Guarantee Scheme: The central government credit guarantee scheme should cover the required security guarantee by banks or IREDA Ltd.. Currently, IREDA demands a 60-70% secondary guarantee/mortgage, in addition to the plant, machinery, and land, making it difficult for new projects. 2️⃣ Priority Sector Lending: Although CBG has been designated as priority sector lending, banks still have rigid financing criteria. It's crucial to establish a more streamlined, supportive approach for this sector. 3️⃣ Global Investments: Foreign funds are eager to invest but primarily trust government-backed PSUs or G2G deals. Opening more government-supported avenues can attract much-needed international financing. While the government has been supportive, there is a pressing need for state-level backing, especially in securing land and ensuring consistent feedstock availability, as highlighted by GAIL (India) Limited Executive Director SN Yadav. 🔗 #CBG #Biogas #RenewableEnergy #Sustainability #GreenEnergy Ministry of New and Renewable Energy (MNRE) Tejomay green energies ShuddhiLok SBI Capital Markets State Bank of India Avaana Capital Narendra Modi Ministry of Agriculture & Farmers Welfare, Government of India Government of India Ministry of Petroleum and Natural Gas Govt of India

  • 𝗕𝘂𝗳𝗳𝗮𝗹𝗼 𝗠𝗶𝗹𝗸 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗱𝘂𝗰𝘁𝘀: 𝗔 𝗣𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗶𝘂𝗺 𝗧𝗿𝗲𝗻𝗱 𝗪𝗮𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘁𝗼 𝗕𝗹𝗼𝗼𝗺 𝗶𝗻 𝗜𝗻𝗱𝗶𝗮? India, as the largest producer of buffalo milk globally, has immense potential to turn buffalo milk products into a mainstream category. With buffalo milk's higher fat content and superior cheesemaking properties, it’s ideal for producing premium dairy products like artisanal cheeses and desserts. A 2022 study found buffalo milk yields more fresh cheese than cow’s milk and firms up faster, making it highly efficient. In Europe, artisanal producers like Quattro Portoni Srl Società Agricola and La Dispensa di San Salvatore have already tapped into this potential, offering a range of award-winning cheeses and desserts like #cremoso. Though still niche in the UK market, consumer acceptance is rising, especially for its mild, creamy flavor. The question is: can India replicate this success? Opportunities in India: 1. Cheese Production: With buffalo milk’s rich properties, Indian producers can explore more artisanal varieties beyond mozzarella. 2. Premium Desserts & Yogurts: Flavored yogurt and desserts like cremoso could cater to India’s premium segment, offering a high-quality, natural alternative. 3. Foodservice Expansion: Hotels, gourmet stores, and premium restaurants can introduce these products to consumers seeking new experiences in dairy. 4. Challenges: To go mainstream, buffalo milk products need more exposure and marketing, positioning them as premium, health-conscious alternatives. There’s also an opportunity to collaborate with local suppliers to drive both consumer awareness and sustainable growth. India is poised to become a leader in buffalo milk-based premium products. The time is ripe for this trend to flourish. #BuffaloMilk #ArtisanalCheese #SustainableDairy #Shuddhilok #DairyInnovation #OrganicFarming

  • 🌱 Sustainable Farming Practices 🌱 At Shuddhilok, we always aim to be as sustainable as possible. While this zero-cost low tunnel made from old sarees and Vilayati Aakra may not replace a proper shade net house for seedlings, it's a quick and effective solution when time is limited. Sustainability doesn’t always have to be perfect—it’s about making the most out of what we have. #Sustainability #ZeroCostInnovation #OrganicFarming #Shuddhilok #EcoFriendlyFarming
