IITM Incubation Cell incubated startups totaled 350 in 2023 and have a combined valuation of ₹45,000 crores. In the financial years 2022-23, they have a combined revenue of ₹3,000 crores. We are delighted to share that IITM Incubation Cell was featured in The New Indian Express, reviewing the year 2023 at the nodal incubator of Indian Institute of Technology, Madras In conversation with Mr. Vaitheeswaran Balasubramanian of The New Indian Express, Dr. Tamaswati Ghosh, CEO of IITMIC expressed, “We are sector-agnostic, but we would focus on certain areas of interest and attract young entrepreneurs (for that), in the next three months,”. Quanfluence, an #IITMadras and #IITMIC incubated company pioneering photonics based quantum and quantum inspired solutions, has successfully raised $2 million in a pre-series round led by pi Ventures, with participation from Golden Sparrow, Reena Dayal and others. Heartiest congratulations to Sujoy Chakravarty, Ravi Mehta, Biman Chattopadhyay, Aditi Vaidya and Anil Prabhakar on this milestone. 🎉 We are incredibly proud of Quanfluence’s journey so far and their mission to advance Quantum Photonics Technology.
