🚀 𝐄𝐦𝐩𝐨𝐰𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐖𝐨𝐦𝐞𝐧, 𝐒𝐡𝐚𝐩𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐋𝐞𝐚𝐝𝐞𝐫𝐬! 🌟  From 16th-19th December 2024, Ibtada hosted a transformative 𝐋𝐞𝐚𝐝𝐞𝐫𝐬𝐡𝐢𝐩 𝐓𝐫𝐚𝐢𝐧𝐢𝐧𝐠 for 51 inspiring women from the self-help groups of 𝐊𝐫𝐚𝐧𝐭𝐢 𝐌𝐚𝐡𝐢𝐥𝐚 𝐌𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐡 (𝐋𝐚𝐱𝐦𝐚𝐧𝐠𝐚𝐫𝐡) and 𝐒𝐚𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐚 𝐌𝐚𝐡𝐢𝐥𝐚 𝐌𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐡 (𝐔𝐦𝐫𝐚𝐢𝐧, 𝐀𝐥𝐰𝐚𝐫). 🌾✨  With the facilitation of Zebul Nisha and Manju Yadav, this training focused on:  ✅ 𝐋𝐞𝐚𝐝𝐞𝐫𝐬𝐡𝐢𝐩 𝐪𝐮𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬 & 𝐫𝐨𝐥𝐞𝐬   ✅ 𝐃𝐞𝐜𝐢𝐬𝐢𝐨𝐧-𝐦𝐚𝐤𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐬𝐭𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐞𝐠𝐢𝐞𝐬 ✅ 𝐄𝐦𝐩𝐨𝐰𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐰𝐨𝐦𝐞𝐧 𝐭𝐨 𝐥𝐞𝐚𝐝 𝐜𝐨𝐧𝐟𝐢𝐝𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐥𝐲 Held in two batches—at the Ibtada Resource Center in Naugavan and Alwar, Rajasthan—the sessions also saw active participation from Kranti and Savera Mahila Manch staff, alongside Amardeep Saini from Ibtada. 💡 For 27 years, Ibtada has been a beacon of hope, empowering 𝟑𝟐,𝟎𝟎𝟎 𝐰𝐨𝐦𝐞𝐧 through self-help groups, driving 𝐬𝐨𝐜𝐢𝐚𝐥, 𝐞𝐜𝐨𝐧𝐨𝐦𝐢𝐜, 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐩𝐨𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐥 𝐞𝐦𝐩𝐨𝐰𝐞𝐫𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭. *𝐓𝐰𝐨-𝐃𝐚𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐢𝐝𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐢𝐚𝐥 𝐓𝐫𝐚𝐢𝐧𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐨𝐧 𝐆𝐞𝐧𝐝𝐞𝐫 𝐒𝐞𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐳𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 & 𝐏𝐎𝐒𝐇 𝐟𝐨𝐫 𝐈𝐛𝐭𝐚𝐝𝐚 𝐭𝐞𝐚𝐦*  We believe in fostering a workplace that is inclusive, safe, and empowering for all and to reinforce this commitment, Ibtada organized a two-day residential training on Gender Sensitization & Prevention of Sexual Harassment (POSH) at our Resource Centre in Naugaon, Alwar, Rajasthan on 14-15 Dec 2024. Led by the Senior consultant Ms. Madhubala Sharma, 23 Ibtada team members (8 Male & 15 female) from Rajasthan, Harayana & Uttar Pradesh, actively participated in discussions, activities, and learning sessions. 📚✨ Teachers Receive Training on English Subject! ✨📚 At the Government Museum in Jhansi, a one-day training session on English literacy was organized by Ibtada, with support from Leap For Word Mumbai, on December 10, 2024, as per the orders of the District Basic Education Officer, Jhansi. This training included 68 government teachers from 56 schools (both composite class 1 to 8 and upper primary schools from class 6 to 8) in the Babina and Bangra blocks of Jhansi district in Uttar Pradesh. The teachers were very enthusiastic about the training and appreciated the previous efforts of Ibtada. The main goal of the training was to make the English language simple and engaging, increasing children's interest and confidence in the language. Key Highlights: - Simplified English Teaching: Methods to make English easy and appealing for children. - Training Materials: Interactive sessions using videos and PPTs. - Reading and Pronunciation Techniques: How and when to pronounce consonants and vowels correctly. This training encouraged the teachers and proved that with the right methods, teaching children to read and write in English can be easy.
