🤖 🛒 AI SDRs - market overview ⬇️ ☕ Following the news that 11x recently raised $24M for their Series A 👏 (https://lnkd.in/g4YpJk3z), I wanted to do a pulse check on AI SDRs tools in the market. 📖 (𝗠𝘆) 𝗔𝗜 𝗦𝗗𝗥 𝗗𝗲𝗳𝗶𝗻𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 ✨AI SDRs (or BDRs) are AI-powered tools designed to automate and enhance tasks traditionally handled by human SDRs. 🪟 𝗕𝗮𝗰𝗸𝗴𝗿𝗼𝘂𝗻𝗱 🔸 Along with customer support and inbound web chatbots, AI SDRs were one of the first AI concepts that people talked about in B2B Sales, following the launch of ChatGPT 🔸 The idea was to replace prospecting (or top of the funnel nurturing) that uses bulk, relatively static email sequences to target large segments, with automated, 1-to-1 content that is hyper-personalized to the prospect based on their role and behavioral signals 🔸 In addition to the outreach, SDRs could automate the process of routing a lead and scheduling a meeting in a sales reps calendar, at the same time providing context to prepare for the meeting 🔸 The benefits were that the AI SDRs could provide a productivity multiplier for a business, and would also see an increase in response rates due to the hyper-personalization 🔸 Risks that people were concerned about were that they would not be able to accurately mimic a real human, and that it would also facilitate a deluge of emails in already oversaturated inboxes... both of which would lead to lower response rate 🔃𝗤𝘂𝗶𝗰𝗸 𝗠𝗲𝘁𝗵𝗼𝗱𝗼𝗹𝗼𝗴𝘆 𝗢𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘃𝗶𝗲𝘄 (so you understand what I did) 🔹 For the purpose of this research, I've reviewed 7 tools that focus on automated outbound / prospecting SDR use cases with personalized outreach, and that are designed to augment you team: 💠 Alisha by Floworks 💠 AISDR ( 👈 the agent with no name 😉) 💠 Ava by Artisan 💠 Bosh by Relevance AI 💠 Ross Bee by 1bee 💠 Alice by 11x 💠 Jazon by Lyzr AI 💠 Frank by Salesforge 🔥 🔹 I've excluded AI SDRs that focus on (i) inbound / chat use cases and (ii) AI Sales Assistants that support Sales / SDRs with automated insights 🔹 The main things I evaluated were: i) Contact Data: Did the AI SDRs use their own database of contact data (or just use a customers existing data)? ii) Online Research: Did the AI SDRs automate the process of gathering insights about the individual / target company through online research of their LinkedIn profile and / or website? iii) Personalization: Did they personalize outreach? iv) Multi-Channel Outreach: Which channels can they automate outreach on? v) CRM Integration: Do they integrate into their clients' CRM platforms vi) Pricing: What was their pricing model? vii) G2 Crowd: What is the end-customer perception based on the P2P feedback data on G2 Crowd This is a nascent market, so some gaps in information on features and pricing. Also some have limited G2 feedback atm. Results are in the table below 👇 If you've had experience of using AI SDRs or have additional thoughts, please leave comments below #AI #SDR #BDR
