In 2024, we set out to increase our charitable impact in India and sought a partnership with an organisation that aligned with our mission to build safer and healthier workspaces. We hosted our first Training of Trainers (ToT) workshop on Occupational Health and Safety with Work fair and free, a charity dedicated to addressing the challenges of internal labour migration in India, led by Maya Rajan. This session empowered Work Fair and Free’s community trainers with the knowledge to promote safety best practices among India’s unorganised workforce. Under the leadership of Mike Robinson and Hemant Sethi that were there to kick off this partnership, marking a significant step in addressing systemic challenges and driving meaningful change. Here are some highlights from the session. #WorkplaceSafety #CommunityImpact #BritishSafetyCouncilIndia #WorkFairandFree
