Last 2 months have been tough, exciting and challenging, since Ascendix Technologies was hosting #SalesforceAdministrationBootcamp - totally experimental project, aimed at raising new bright talents and spreading #Salesforce knowledge across career change/start seekers in Portugal. Soon enough we're having the official bootcamp closure and final interviews to decide who will get a Job Offer from Ascendix.   But we wanted to mark this Friday, saying a huge thank you to our exceptional tutors for being so committed, engaged, flexible, creative and just strong. You're definitely a team we can rely on! So, our kudos are to: Dmitry Yudin - our Tech Lead, who created the whole training plan and made great Introduction to Salesforce during the first week. Your inputs and leadership of tutors' team, creative ideas and commitment to quality are the huge part of our success! Rita Ramos - who had the prettiest Miro boards and professionally explained Salesforce Data Model during the Week 2. You set the bar high, Rita! Mauro Gentil - who presented UI part and kept patience even with students resubmitting incorrect practical tasks 3 times in a row! Eduardo Padinha - for being the most kind and attentive tutor, who has showed how to manage Data and Security in Salesforce. @Joseane Silva - who were able to make Salesforce Automation and flows fun! (based on students feedback!)  Vanessa Sonoda - our queen of Analytics and BA!   Sharing along some anonymous feedback from students: Engaging, challenging, and fun. An excellent way to prepare employees for the day-to-day challenges of work. I would also like to highlight that all the existing documentation about Salesforce, particularly the Trailheads, combined with online sessions with experienced professionals, positively contributes to making this Bootcamp, in my opinion, of high value. I feel confident to take on a challenge in the Salesforce world after this Bootcamp. Thank you! My biggest insight of July was completing a Salesforce bootcamp. It not only enhanced my technical skills but was also an enjoyable experience. I had a great time this July :) I feel like I'm improving everyday, and it has been a little bit of stress, but really a pleasure when I manage to overcome the difficulties, step by step doing the tasks and learning more about the platform. Don't know the future result of this, and I'm the kind of person that prefers to have flexible expectations, but if I had the opportunity to get back in time, I would join the bootcamp again  Everything is perfectly set for happiness!
