Great morning at the final STEM South West Leaders Dialogue session of 2024 hosted by SGS & Sterling Pharma Solutions Ringaskiddy. Derval O'Rourke, Olympian and World Champion and Entrepreneur highlighted the many cross overs from elite level sport to corporate performance, where it’s important for leaders to set the right culture. Everyone in an organisation has a vital role to play in trying to achieve the same goal. Leaders set the tone and culture. Thank you to Yvonne Dunne, Gary Mc Grath , maeve byrne and all the team at SGS and Sterling, for the tour of the labs which was excellent.
