Public Realm Enhancement | The Grand Canal We are partnering with Waterways Ireland to upgrade the public #amenities along the Grand Canal between Leeson Street and Baggot Street bridges. The improvements will include increasing pedestrian accessibility and enhancing public seating. Enhancements to #biodiversity include improving habitats for wildlife, additional native planting schemes, and protection for existing trees so they can continue to thrive. Our Chief Executive, Niall Gaffney said: “Following on from our restoration of the nearby Wilton Park, we are proud to work with Waterways Ireland to upgrade the banks of Dublin’s Grand Canal, providing enhanced amenities for residents, our occupiers, and visitors to the area. We believe this investment will continue to enhance the attractiveness and vibrancy of Dublin’s city centre which we have been investing in for the past 60 years.” Works have commenced and will complete in 2025. Creating a Space for Culture We have partnered with the Graphic Studio Dublin Gallery in Temple Bar again this year with an #art exhibition entitled ‘A Love Letter to Dublin’. As a city rich in history and close to the heart of many, #Dublin has been central to IPUT since our establishment here in 1967 and it’s where all of our buildings are located today. This year’s show features the works of 40 talented artists, each inspired by a brand-new piece of writing by the acclaimed Dublin-based author, Roddy Doyle. The exhibition runs from 7th December to 25th January. For more visit: https://lnkd.in/et8YWhc9 #shapingourcity Niall Gaffney, Anita O'Rourke

Ellen McKinney | Winner We want to congratulate our Sustainability Manager, Ellen McKinney for scooping the Rising Star Award at last night’s Property Industry Excellence Awards in The Convention Centre Dublin (The CCD). Since joining the company in 2021, Ellen has been dedicated to embedding #sustainability in all of our business practices. She is passionate about helping us deliver buildings synonymous with the highest standards of sustainability and is always championing increasingly efficient ways of designing, constructing, and operating buildings in line with #circulareconomy principles. She is equally passionate about sharing learnings on #climateaction, resource efficiency, #biodiversity, and #socialvalue with our occupiers, our investors, and the wider real estate industry. 'The Age of Sail' by Peter Lane | Fifteen George’s Quay We’re proud to have commissioned this beautiful wall-mounted artwork by US artist Peter Lane for the ground-floor reception of Fifteen George’s Quay. Overlooking The Customs House in Dublin’s Docklands, this is Peter’s first Irish installation, and we are honoured to house it in our building. Speaking about the piece, Peter said: “For this sculpture installation I’ve taken inspiration from the site, its historic resonance, and fresh approach to the future. The colour of the tide and the bronze dome of The Customs House are physical cues, but my main goal is to communicate a sense of movement from the past into the future of Ireland.” https://lnkd.in/eXdsXyKH #shapingourcity #art Niall Gaffney, Anita O'Rourke, Declan Kelly

Fifteen George's Quay | The Future of the Workplace Fifteen George’s Quay has been transformed into a contemporary, #sustainable building that redefines the future of the #workplace. We retained the original structure while expanding it by 50%, creating a 70,300 sq ft building with two extra floors and landscaped terraces overlooking the River Liffey and Custom House. Other highlights include a striking new façade, a spacious reception area, and ground floor #amenity space with a dedicated in-house barista, meeting rooms, and conference facilities. Fifteen George’s Quay is an all-electric building with LEED and WiredSCore Platinum Certifications and is WELL-Enabled. The building was pre-let prior to practical completion and is now home to Aon Ireland, MUFG, and Paysafe. Declan Kelly, Kellie O'Brien, Michael Clarke, Simon McEvoy, Glenn Cran #shapingourcity

Our #afforestation projects are helping to create local #carbonoffsets for use from 2030 onwards when as a business, we’ll be operating at #netzerocarbon. https://lnkd.in/eQTiDBDv Ellen McKinney, Shane Caldwell, Niall Ringrose #shapingourcity
