About us

Established in 2012, the Irish Government Economic & Evaluation Service (IGEES) is an integrated cross-government service that aims to support better policy formulation and implementation in the civil service through economic analysis and evaluation. There are currently over 100 IGEES staff across a range of civil service grades. The IGEES team is made up of existing, suitably qualified staff along with new specialist graduate level recruits. IGEES is fully integrated into the civil service, with our member soperating in every department across the civil service.
