Our dedicated Workplace Team is here to help organisations across Ireland define their unique brief, ensuring they find the perfect office space that aligns with their strategic priorities. Our team recently concluded a Workplace programme for Aon Ireland , defining a hybrid working model that enhances productivity, reflects their company culture and fosters collaboration and employee wellbeing. Through a tailored change management delivery with our Workplace Consultant embedding into the team and driving activity on-site, the leadership team were able to focus on being present for their colleagues throughout the process. Our delivery included supporting the physical design brief, defining neighbourhoods and anchor days for optimal collaboration, articulating office behaviours and leading on internal communications to bring all colleagues along the journey. The Aon leadership team shared that entering the project, they knew ‘what’ they were looking for, but CBRE Change Management helped to illustrate the ‘how’ and the ‘why’ of their fantastic new workplace. Whether you’re looking to enhance productivity, find a hybrid working model that really works for you, or improve your employee experience, we’re here to guide you every step of the way. Investment year in review: Falling debt costs will drive recovery in 2025. Further interest rate cuts will carry the positive momentum seen in the fourth quarter into 2025. Improving debt liquidity, the stabilisation of yields and a narrowing of the bid-ask spread will also lead to more transactional activity, while investor confidence is generally growing on the back of improving market fundamentals. Kyle Rothwell, Head of Capital Markets at CBRE Ireland, shares his insights on the positive impact of recent ECB interest rate cuts on real estate debt liquidity and transactional activity. Last week, the CBRE Global Workplace Solutions (GWS) team hosted their annual Supplier Partner event at the Convention Centre Dublin, bringing together CBRE clients, teams, and supplier partners for an inspiring and memorable day. The morning conference delved into critical topics such as navigating the rapid acceleration of AI in real estate and championing sustainability through impactful ESG initiatives. They also took a moment to celebrate the talented winners of the 2024 Annual Innovation Challenge, showcasing the innovative spirit that drives the industry forward. And in the afternoon, they enjoyed an engaging exhibition featuring 52 valued and diverse supplier partners. The satellite stage came alive with ten thought-provoking breakout sessions, where they explored pathways to achieving low carbon footprints, understanding social impacts, and fostering sustainable growth. A heartfelt thank you to everyone who attended and made this event such a tremendous success – Here’s to continued collaboration and innovation!
