Trying to extend the emergency of the policy review. Anak Tua is an Indonesian gaming channel, that has done many game reviews in Bahasa Indonesia, and supports the local game industry. The channel has shut down with a note that it violates the community policy. I'm friends with Dito Wangsa. And it has been a huge one in the Indonesian game industry community. Chronologically, based on the Video: November 23-24 2024: They supported the G2G (the event I mentioned in my post before). November 26, 2024: The account got hacked, and did a live stream for crypto promotion, at around 10.16 AM WIB. Dito got the notification right after and stopped the stream after it ran for about 5 minutes 37 seconds, by making it private. Dito changed the password around 10.36 AM WIB. Dito realized that Anak Tua Youtube Channel was gone at around 2.41 PM WIB. They got emailed by YouTube that it had violated a community policy. Dito appealed to the YouTube team to restore the channel. The appeal has been rejected "We won't be putting your channel back up on YouTube". Asking friend on Google or someone who can raise the urgency. Here's why: Media or Influencers is one of the crucial elements in the game industry ecosystem. It helps raise awareness and discoverability, to the end users. A thing that all game studios, publishers, and even platforms themselves, are putting a lot of effort in. The takedown of this channel means a setback to the game industry community and a growing ecosystem. It means a setback to our joint efforts amongst game industry professionals, media, governments, and players, hence a country. So please, help us safe one.

Making games is hard. You are constantly riding right on the edge of technical innovation, human psychology, and capturing lightning in a bottle. It’s unpredictable, and doesn’t fit neatly with the standardize go-to-market playbook that so many publishers use. Today is my last day working at Zyrex Indonesia, and it has been a unique experience for me. Over the past 10 months as a product manager, I’ve learned a lot, but one of the key highlights for me has been decision-making. As an Associate Product Manager (APM), you don't get to make many decisions. You report directly to your Product Manager (PM) and rely on them to make the final call. Once you take on the role of a PM, you're responsible for making decisions, often without supervision. These quick decisions are based on data—or sometimes instinct—aiming to strike the best balance. Working in a fast-paced company without a dedicated data team meant I had to rely heavily on my instincts. Some decisions were good, others not so much. If a decision turns out to be poor, the key is to learn from the mistake and move forward. Don't let disappointment wear you down, as it can affect your ability to make sound decisions going forward.

This week, I revisited Jeff Bezos’ timeless advice: “Be stubborn on the vision but flexible in the details.” My vision—the long-term “stubborn” commitment I choose to embrace—is to become a powerfully kind individual. A leader whose strength is not defined by dominance but by the ability to inspire, uplift, and empower others. Too often, kindness is mistaken for weakness, and power for ruthlessness. But I refuse to accept this binary. I believe kindness becomes transformative when accompanied by strength—whether economic, intellectual, or emotional. It’s not about choosing between the two; it’s about mastering both. At Suzuverse, every decision I make is anchored by a belief: power is a vehicle for kindness. Our projects, resources, and even our growth as a business are means to create value not only for ourselves but for others. This isn’t just a philosophy—it’s a practice. I also draw inspiration from Gary Vaynerchuk’s idea that “kindness wins.” GaryVee’s perspective resonates deeply with me: kindness is not a liability, it’s a strategy.
