That's why Plan International implemented the Young Tech (Tech Muda II) program in Indonesia to help young women like Tasyah succeed in the IT industry. Comprehensive treatment is needed so that it can be overcome completely. In Islamic history and practice in several countries, waqf has played a very large role in overcoming humanitarian crises. Global Waqf (GW) and Aksi Cepat Tanggap (ACT) are humanitarian institutions in Indonesia that cannot be denied that their existence plays a major role in carrying out humanitarian action activities, both nationally and internationally. This article examines how to manage waqf in an integrated manner through examples of implementation in Global Waqf and ACT. As a waqf-based institution, of course it is interesting to study from a juridical point of view related to its institutions and management, as well as the applied pattern which is expected to be an example for other humanitarian institutions. Partnership synergy is crucial in managing and distributing waqf with various stakeholders. Article 11 of the Waqf Law outlines the administration, management, and development of assets in line with their intended purpose, function, and designation. Global Waqf collaboration with ACT with various parties greatly increases the productivity of waqf, including the distribution of waqf results through the formation of a volunteer network that reaches many places inside and outside Indonesia very effectively so that the waqf results are right on target.

In Bangkok, Thailand, PT. Mandiri Capital Indonesia (MCI), a corporate venture capital firm supported by Bank Mandiri, the largest financial corporation in Indonesia, launched its first international Xponent programme. In a statement released on Friday, MCI stated that in an effort to increase the impact of its strategic investments, the company has started the XYZ #programme, which consists of a number of focused projects like Xponent, Xchange, Y-Axis, and Zenith. The statement claims that by promoting market access and enhancing business alignment between startups and Bank Mandiri's #business groups, Xponent helps startups expand. Over the course of three batches, this programme has involved 95 startups, signed 12 memorandums of understanding, and involved 25 #business units from Bank Mandiri and its subsidiaries. In the meantime, Xchange is a benchmarking exercise for innovation carried out through visits to other innovation labs overseas. “When collaborating, MCI employs two approaches: starting from identifying Mandiri’s internal needs to mapping the right startups, followed by introducing innovative solutions from #startups to Mandiri’s business, “For this, MCI ensures that the collaboration brings a value proposition and aligns with Mandiri’s business focus,” said Ronald Simorangkir, Chief Executive Officer of Mandiri Capital Indonesia. Presently, MCI has more than 20 startups in its portfolio across 14 sectors, such as payment enablers, business-to-business value chains, and loans. 𝙋𝙧𝙚𝙢𝙖𝙩𝙪𝙧𝙚 𝘿𝙚𝙞𝙣𝙙𝙪𝙨𝙩𝙧𝙞𝙖𝙡𝙞𝙯𝙖𝙩𝙞𝙤𝙣: 𝘼 𝙏𝙝𝙧𝙚𝙖𝙩 𝙩𝙤 𝙀𝙘𝙤𝙣𝙤𝙢𝙞𝙘 𝙎𝙩𝙖𝙗𝙞𝙡𝙞𝙩𝙮 Indonesia is experiencing a phase of premature deindustrialization, where the decline in the manufacturing sector occurs before the economy has fully matured. The 𝘀𝗵𝗮𝗿𝗲 𝗼𝗳 𝗺𝗮𝗻𝘂𝗳𝗮𝗰𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗶𝗻 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗰𝗼𝘂𝗻𝘁𝗿𝘆'𝘀 𝗚𝗗𝗣 𝗱𝗿𝗼𝗽𝗽𝗲𝗱 from 22% in 2010 to around 18.7% by 2023, highlighting a worrying trend. The Purchasing Managers' Index (PMI) fell below 50, signaling contraction in the sector, and industries like textiles have been severely impacted, with more than 27,000 workers laid off in the first half of 2024. One of the key challenges behind this decline is the 𝗺𝗶𝗱𝗱𝗹𝗲-𝗶𝗻𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗲 𝘁𝗿𝗮𝗽, where economic growth stagnates, making it difficult for Indonesia to achieve its ambitious "Indonesia Emas 2045" goal. The manufacturing sector, which used to play a central role in Indonesia’s economic transformation, is now facing stiff competition from global markets, technological changes, and trade liberalization, making it harder to retain its previous growth momentum. 𝗚𝗹𝗼𝗯𝗮𝗹𝗶𝘇𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻, coupled with increased imports of manufactured goods, has contributed to this trend. As cheaper goods flood the market, domestic industries struggle to compete, especially those with weak comparative advantages in manufacturing. 𝗧𝗲𝗰𝗵𝗻𝗼𝗹𝗼𝗴𝗶𝗰𝗮𝗹 𝗮𝗱𝘃𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀 also result in productivity gains but reduce the demand for labor, contributing to job losses across manufacturing sectors.
