The history of the Business Services Sector (BSC) in Hungary is truly a success story. This industry, providing 3% of GDP, is experiencing remarkable growth, driven by a solid commitment to creating high-value-added jobs. According to a recent Hungarian Investment Promotion Agency - HIPA Business Services 2024 study, 81% of companies plan to introduce such roles within 1-3 years, underscoring the sector's focus on innovation. Moreover, the proportion of employees engaged in Research, Development & Innovation 👩‍💻👨‍💻 has more than doubled in the past year. With Hungary’s favorable investment environment and supportive government initiatives, it’s an exciting time to be part of this dynamic landscape. "Looking ahead to 2030, the main goal is to increase employment in the sector to 150,000, and doubling the workforce in provincial cities, especially university towns. 45% of SME leaders feel like slaves to their own companies, while 71% believe that their business would not function or would perform worse without them, according to the latest research from MiniCRM Zrt., which we developed and implemented with the help of the MicraMR research company. We can finally see the level of a building's technical and energy performance being reflected in valuations.. also future capex requirements etc. To be more real estate specific, I believe the evolving criteria for EPCs should be mentioned - as that is also what financing banks are taking into consideration..

From Bratislava to Ljubljana   Why do Slovenians have higher expectations for public spaces, and how does the development landscape in Slovenia differ from Slovakia?   I recently shared my insights on Ljubljana's transformation in an interview with Forbes Slovakia. Over the past six years at Corwin Slovenia, I've immersed myself in the local culture, learning about their habits and preferences. In the article, I discuss how Slovenians' approach to life and public spaces influences our projects—not only in architecture but also in urban planning and overall lifestyle.   One thing I truly admire about Slovenia is their lifestyle. Slovenians embrace social gatherings, great food, and have a strong connection to sports and nature. Shopping malls are not built in the city center, and people generally avoid spending time indoors.
