45% of SME leaders feel like slaves to their own companies, while 71% believe that their business would not function or would perform worse without them, according to the latest research from MiniCRM Zrt., which we developed and implemented with the help of the MicraMR research company. Interestingly, only 68% of respondents formulated a vision for their company, while 87% have a personal vision. The research also highlights that domestic SME leaders feel both indispensable and victimized at the same time. Today we had Networking event which investigated experience of different industries how to implement KPI system to engage employees. Thanks to Ognjen Trbuk CIA, CFE who shared his view on the way it works in NIS a.d. Novi Sad, Ana Adamou who shared her view about KPI system in Financial institutions in small countries like MNE. And Marko Stjepic who invited his colleagues to see what they need to do. So outcome from the networking event is that steps to implement KPI system are generally the same, but many considerations should be taken into account: 1. Define KPIs linked with strategic goals down to the level of mini group 2. Define target levels using Zero-Based Budgeting methodology 3.
