Each social media platform has its own algorithms. But they all have the same purpose: Keep the user online as long as possible. The average attention span tends to be around 8 seconds, so what should we do to make them stop on your post? There is no tip and trick here. It all comes from the core. Assuming that you are totally clear about your target audience, then make sure your content has: ⇒ Appelling hook ⇒ Valuable body ⇒ Strong and clear CTA It is necessary to balance the attraction of three elements. Because: If your hook is great, but your body does not give them what you promise, they will be disappointed and even feel like being cheated. Don't miss the chance if you successfully get their attention with the hook. Make sure they know what to do next after reading your post. - Add the specific benefit they can get by taking action to make your CTA irresistible - Use language that creates urgency or excitement - Align the CTA with the user's journey stage; for instance, a "Learn more" CTA is great for awareness, while "Buy now" suits a more ready-to-convert audience. In the world of social media nowadays, where competition for attention is cutthroat, it's not just about being seen—it's about being remembered and acted upon. The main purpose of this study is to get acquainted with forensic mycology in the process of investigating different criminal cases and the need for the criminal system to benefit from this new method. Fungi exist in many environments, in grounds, air, air conditioners, bathrooms of houses, on wet floors, showers, dirty, and wet laundry, in dark, and humid environments as cellars, and attics and other places. Fungi can be used in criminal investigations for investigating cause of death, time of death, locating buried corpses, providing trace evidence, hallucinations, or poisonings, biological warfare and ascertaining time of deposition. In Iran, fungi have not been used in criminal investigations, although the use of fungi for these studies in the future is inevitable. Feeling down or upset isn't pleasant. But those feelings carry important messages. Avoiding them doesn't make them go away. Accepting them helps you grow stronger. Here are 9 ways you can leverage negative emotions: 1/ Anger Ask: "What boundary has been crossed here?" Do: Prepare to discuss it objectively. Seek a solution. 2/ Sadness Ask: "What is the unmet expectation or loss here?" Do: Journal about it or talk with a trusted friend. 3/ Fear Ask: "What is the potential threat? How can I prepare?" Do: Assess it objectively. Create a plan to address it. 4/ Guilt Ask: "Which of my actions conflicts with my values?” Do: Reflect on how you could rectify the situation. 5/ Anxiety Ask: “What worries me? What is within my control?” Do: Focus on actioning the things within your control. 6/ Jealousy Ask: "What is my hidden need or insecurity here?" BOMBSHELL @FMCSA has now --after 4 years of stalling on our petition for 49 CFR 371.3 rulemaking, in a very roundabout way, finally revealed to us in defense of our complaint they have published a fake civil penalty schedule that, because of the 2019 ALJ Riojas decision, it does not have lawful authority to assess civil penalties for violation of the commercial regulations (49 CFR parts 360-379, a subrange of the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Regulations. This means that even if @FMCSA strengthens the broker rate transparency regulations through rulemaking scheduled to open Oct. 31st, its position will remain they cannot enforce 371.3 by assessing civil penalties against big brokers for lack of legal authority. In other words, they have no teeth to enforce. So, unless Congress gives them the authority, this is all a waste of time and FMCSA is just a paper tiger. They have been stringing us along jerking our chains! Why TIA is helping FMCSA go in this direction against their own big broker members' interests, which they have otherwise fought zealously to defend up until now, we have no idea. @TQLogistics must be pissed at TIA. #Shakeup #TIADELIVERS

❗ BREAKING NEWS! ❗ The Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) has extended the Public Readiness and Emergency Preparedness (PREP) Act Declaration for Medical Countermeasures Against COVID-19 until December 31, 2029. This extension continues liability immunity for the manufacture, distribution, administration, and use of specific medical countermeasures related to COVID-19. The amendment is effective as of January 1, 2025. Key Details: -Extension Period: The PREP Act Declaration now extends through December 31, 2029. -Effective Date: The amendment takes effect on January 1, 2025. -Scope: Provides liability immunity to covered persons against claims of loss related to the administration or use of designated medical countermeasures, except in cases of willful misconduct; and Authorizes state licensed pharmacists to order and administer certain vaccines and point-of-care tests and authorizes pharmacy interns and qualified pharmacy technicians to administer certain vaccines and point-of-care tests, when specified requirements are met. -Reason for Extension: Despite the public health emergency for COVID-19 ending, HHS has determined there remains a credible risk that COVID-19 may again pose a public health emergency in the future. This extension aims to prepare for and mitigate that risk.
