His work focuses on 𝗦𝗮𝗳𝗲𝘁𝘆 𝗣𝗲𝗿𝗳𝗼𝗿𝗺𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲 𝗙𝘂𝗻𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀 (𝗦𝗣𝗙𝘀), which help identify high-risk locations (hotspots) by analyzing crash data, traffic volume, and road characteristics. He will also explore how 𝗕𝗮𝘆𝗲𝘀𝗶𝗮𝗻 𝗺𝗼𝗱𝗲𝗹𝘀 can enhance the accuracy of predictions in areas with limited data. 🚧 Day 9 of Road Safety Summer School – Road Safety Inspection: Field Work Today, participants applied their theoretical knowledge in a real-world road safety inspection led by Juraj Vertlberg from the Faculty of Transport and Traffic Sciences. During the field work, the focus was on identifying potential safety issues on Zagreb's two intersections and discussing solutions in groups. After the field work, we headed back to classroom for group presentations, where participants showcased their findings and discussed potential solutions based on their inspection efforts.
