Update Definition of Diversity #214

"body" feels ambiguous here - does it mean some organisation with whom a person may be associated, or something else?

"body" is, with the rest of the addition, copied from another part of the CEPC. I think it is editorial to copy it as part of this PR; discussion of substance would be a separate issue.

Added the list of groups receiving offensive behaviors from PR#209 to the definition of Diversity so that AGWG can reference it in the WCAG3 Requirements. We want to reference the CEPC in the Equity section of WCAG3 Requirements Note and need an anchor. It seemed best to reference the glossary, and Diversity definition seemed like the right place. If you want it in a different place or its own definition, that's fine with me. It's a useful list and needs to be more available to W3C specs.
