Shipping, Return and Discount Policies
SHIPPING & HANDLING
All continental retail US orders orders over $100 qualify for free shipping. The shipping fee for continental US orders under $100 is $6.95. Orders shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Guam, Puerto Rico, and any other US territories outside of the continental U.S. will be charged shipping based on the weight and shipment address of the order. All orders are shipped within 3-5 business days unless an item is on back order or is drop shipped from the manufacturer. Please look carefully at the product you are ordering for back order dates. Expedited shipping is available Monday through Friday. If you choose expedited shipping after 12 pm on Friday through Sunday, your order will be shipped on Monday. Expedited shipments will not be shipped on federal holidays. If you have any questions or concerns, please email us at [email protected]. Emails will be answered within 24 hours on business days.
DOMESTIC
Domestic orders are shipped through USPS or UPS Ground service. You will receive an email confirmation when your order has shipped. You can always log into your account for tracking info, or just give us a shout if you need help. Most in-stock items ship within 3-5 days from our NC warehouse although some items may take longer to process. Once shipped, orders are generally received within 5 business days. We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays or holidays. Items sent directly from our suppliers may take longer to arrive. While we do all that will can to ensure your order's timely delivery, Furbish Studio cannot be held responsible for conditions beyond our control such as severe weather and service interruptions. If it were us, we'd scale a mountain and walk 3 miles in the snow to get you your goods, but the UPS man, maybe not so much if there's a storm situation. Please note that items ordered together may be shipped separately. Occasionally some items may be backordered or out of stock. You will be emailed in a timely fashion should this be the case. We're on it! If you need rush delivery, please contact customer service prior to ordering.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
Shipping fees, duties, and taxes will be calculated and communicated at the time of checkout. If you are a wholesale account outside of the U.S., you may also order through www.faire.com.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
PRODUCTS EXCLUDING FINAL SALE ITEMS
Returns postmarked back to us within 14 days after receipt of purchase are eligible for a full refund.
Customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.
All international sales are final and non-returnable or exchangeable.
All wholesale sales are final and non-returnable or exchangeable.
Special orders that have been customized or personalized in any way are non-refundable, and cannot be returned.

ARTIST POP-UP SALES, ONE-OF-A-KIND ART, VINTAGE RUGS AND WALLPAPER are not eligible for promotions or discounts and are FINAL SALE.
Returned items must arrive in original condition to be eligible for refund. Items that are returned and arrive broken or damaged cannot be refunded. This includes items that are damaged in transit. It is the customer's responsibility to correctly package fragile or bulky items to ensure they arrive safely to our returns department.
All SALE items or items purchased with a discount code are FINAL SALE.
All merchandise marked FINAL SALE is NON-RETURNABLE & NON-REFUNDABLE. We cannot accept returns on these items. If any merchandise that was purchased as final sale is returned, it will not be shipped back to the customer, and you will not receive a refund or store credit. No exceptions will be made.
