Just 1week until Eima International, the International Agricultural and Gardening Machinery Exhibition, from 06 to 10 November 2024 in Bologna. Let’s go introducing the REMOTE DIAGNOSTICS. What does it mean? Remote diagnosis allows your technical assistance to remotely connect the diagnosis tool to the vehicle via the telematics control unit and act promptly on the vehicle. But not only, the remote connection highlights every possible limitation and the need to update the control unit software for the possible addition of new features or performance optimization. Why? To act immediately with a quicker exchange of data, reducing operational costs, idling time and downtime and maximize machine productivity at the lowest operational costs. How? Here an overview with our storical Customer Argo Tractors S.p.A. ACTIA ITALIA fornirà al gruppo BCS SpA un kit completo per la diagnosi elettronica, comprendente l'interfaccia di comunicazione multiprotocollo denominata BFP (BCS FERRARI PASQUALI) Diag, che consentirà la trasmissione dei dati tra il veicolo e il PC. Questo sistema sarà supportato da una piattaforma software interamente customizzata per BCS con funzione diagnostiche innovative che automatizzeranno ulteriormente la gestione delle centraline elettroniche. Un servizio molto intuitivo ideato per agevolare la gestione elettronica dei veicoli BCS in ogni fase del loro ciclo di vita, dalla produzione all’aggiornamento e alla riparazione in tempo reale presso i concessionari. Grazie alle più recenti tecnologie server-based, sarà possibile garantire un'elevata integrazione dei dati elettronici dei veicoli. Questo approccio riflette perfettamente il punto di forza del gruppo BCS: il suo «DNA innovativo» al servizio dell’utente finale.
