The Brozan Model Farm in Côte d'Ivoire is transforming rice production by combining production, processing, and marketing. This integrated system not only improves the productivity of rain-fed farms but also strengthens the rice value chain, while promoting climate-smart agricultural practices. Over 2 years (2023-2024), across 40-50 ha, average yields have nearly tripled, far exceeding the national average. Although processing yields for whole rice are encouraging at 60%, OCP Africa aims to maximize this performance in the coming years through a more complete and performant optimization of the processing plant. #OCPforAfrica #SustainableAgriculture #Rice #CoteDIvoire
