You should meet with small groups of 5 or 6 advisors. Explain to them how important their roles are to the institution. Stress the importance of their roles to the lives of the students. Explain that if the advisors are unsuccessful in their roles, the students may well drop out, in the process wasting huge sums of money, much of which may have been borrowed in Student loans. That debt will follow them for years without the benefit of the knowledge and credential or degree. At stake is the quality of the rest of the student's life. It's in their hands whether or no the finish.
