Cancellations made less than 30 days before the scheduled date will not be accepted, and no credits or refunds will be provided.

4.1 Health and Safety Concerns: If you are unable to attend a scheduled service or event due to health and safety concerns, such as an illness or an emergency, please contact us as soon as possible. 4.3 Policy for Group Bookings: If you have made a group booking for multiple participants, the same non-refundable and 30-day advance cancellation notice applies. Cancellations or changes to group bookings must be managed collectively and submitted in writing by the person who made the booking.
